Esta pol\u00edtica entrou em vigor a 13 de abril de 2024, substituindo diretivas mais antigas e menos eficazes. A AFIR n\u00e3o \u00e9 apenas uma sugest\u00e3o; \u00e9 uma lei vinculativa para todos os Estados-Membros da UE. O seu objetivo \u00e9 simples: tornar o carregamento de um ve\u00edculo el\u00e9trico t\u00e3o f\u00e1cil quanto abastecer um carro a gasolina, independentemente de onde se esteja na UE.<\/p><p>Aqui est\u00e3o os principais mandatos da AFIR:<\/p><ul><li><p><b>Rede de cobran\u00e7a rodovi\u00e1ria:<\/b> A partir de 2025, poderosos <b>esta\u00e7\u00f5es de carregamento r\u00e1pido<\/b> de pelo menos 150 kW deve ser instalada a cada 60 quil\u00f3metros ao longo dos principais corredores de transporte da UE, conhecidos como <b>Rede RTE-T<\/b>.<\/p><\/li><li><p><b>Mandato de poder total:<\/b> Cada centro de esta\u00e7\u00f5es de carregamento deve ter uma pot\u00eancia total de pelo menos 400 kW, aumentando para 600 kW at\u00e9 2027. Isso garante que v\u00e1rios carros possam ser carregados rapidamente ao mesmo tempo.<\/p><\/li><li><p><b>Pagamentos simples:<\/b> Todos os novos carregadores p\u00fablicos devem aceitar m\u00e9todos de pagamento comuns, como cart\u00f5es de cr\u00e9dito ou d\u00e9bito sem contacto. Isso elimina a necessidade de v\u00e1rios aplicativos e assinaturas, uma grande dor de cabe\u00e7a para os motoristas.<\/p><\/li><li><p><b>Transpar\u00eancia de pre\u00e7os:<\/b> O custo do carregamento deve ser claramente apresentado aos condutores antes de come\u00e7arem, normalmente por kWh ou por minuto.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Este regulamento cria um mercado previs\u00edvel e unificado.
